Eddie's Seafood Market is Scotland's premier retail and wholesale supplier of Sashimi Grade fish, live shellfish, smoked fish, frozen produce, local and exotic imported seafood.
Campbell Mickel, Michelin-Bib awarded chef and restaurateur, together with his wife Giselle took on the helm of this Edinburgh institution in 2020 after Eddie Kwok retired from the industry.

Campbell excitedly says, "I had a chat with Eddie. I had been a customer of his for over 25 years, from the earliest days of my career as a young chef. I realised that although there were a lot of interested parties, few, if any, would be able to match my passion for seafood. I decided I was going to go for it that day. I thought how closely I work with world-class sea produce mainly from Scotland, how proud we are of it and how I can improve it. 

The amazing selection will stay. We want to continue to extoll the exceptional produce our seas produce and offer by far the best selection of fish and seafood in Edinburgh. We do not sing their praises enough, especially the goodness and health benefits of them. Freshness will always remain our priority. Sustainability is essential.
